A starting point, not a guarantee.

Blends price (60%), how little is actually sitting on bots right now (30%), and buy-side demand (10%) against every other traded item this cycle - price alone said a heavy, non-stackable item was rare just because almost nobody bothers spending the bot-slot EMU to list one, not because it's actually scarce. Four labels, rarest to most ordinary: VERY RARE top 10% · RARE next 20% · UNCOMMON next 30% · then common, which shows no badge at all - items sold unlimited by an in-game NPC are always common regardless of price, and a hand-picked few are pinned by known rarity when the price alone can't tell (see rarity_overrides.json).
